  1. 定義

    本《使用條款》以中英文書寫。如中英文版本之間有任何歧義、不一致或衝突，概以英文版本為準。

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The parties irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

    These Terms of Use are prepared in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy, inconsistency or conflict between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail and be authoritative.
